The idea
A desktop that feels like one piece: one typeface, one color palette, real transparency instead of frosted glass. Every element is animated, nothing is stock.

- Hyprland 0.56 with a Lua config, split into modules for windows, snap layouts and keybinds
- Serpantinum built on Quickshell: clock, widgets and dock, all live
- Rice switcher to change between complete setups
The video
The promo video is built with Remotion, which means React components instead of an editing program. The desktop is recreated in code, and the Nyarch logo is a pixel grid parsed from the fastfetch config. Scenes are cut to the pauses in the voiceover, measured with ffmpeg.
