In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no external content. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google or any other third party.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, the host processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. The host may process data in the USA. See the host's privacy policy for details.

Request form

When you use the request form, I process your details (name, Discord username, optional email, service, budget, timeline, preferred payment method, project description and links) to handle your request and send you a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Your details are sent via a webhook to a private Discord channel that only I can access. The provider is Discord Inc., 444 De Haro Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and data may be processed in the USA. TheDiscord privacy policy applies. I delete requests once they are completed and no statutory retention obligations apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending me a message.

Payment

No payments are made on this website. If you accept a quote, you pay using the agreed payment method. The respective provider (for example PayPal or your bank) processes the data needed for the payment under its own privacy policy. I keep payment records where required by tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Contact via Discord

If you contact me directly on Discord, I process your message and username to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Discord's privacy policy applies to processing by Discord Inc.

External links

Links to GitHub and other sites only open when you click them. From then on, the privacy policy of that site applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, as well as data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
